Terms and Conditions

Booking
By booking a photo session with Studio Thirty Two, the Client agrees to Terms and Conditions. Bookings can be made via email, phone, or online form. Once the appointment is booked, the Client will receive a confirmation email.

Payment
Studio Thirty Two will require a £40 deposit at booking stage which is non-refunable within 72 hours from the event time. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the photo shoot or within 3 days from the final delivery of the photographs. Images will be delivered after the full payment is paid. Studio Thirty Two does not hold responsibility for delays due to late payments.

Photography selection.
Studio Thirty Two will select photos from the range taken by the photographer within 7 days from the photoshoot. Once the gallery is selected, Studio Thirty Two will start editing the images which may take up to 2 weeks before final results are shared.

Cancellations
Cancellation of a photoshoot is non refundable (deposit), however, the client may request to reschedule the session with 72 hours notice. Rescheduled appointments will be made with no additional fee/deposit.

Images
All images are delivered electronically, via Google Drive or Transfer Wise. Folders shared with the Client will be available for 7 days from the date of final delivery and the Client will lose access to these images post that time. Images will be edited according to the photographer’s artistic style and the Client agrees to allow the photographer their own freedom for editing.

During each of the photo sessions Studio Thirsty Two’s photographer will take a large number of photographs in various set ups and poses to create a varied gallery to choose from. A large proportion of photos will not be included in the initial gallery due to their standard (eg, model’s unfavourable pose, image out of focus, etc).

​All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, transparencies, proofs, and previews, are the exclusive property of the Studio Thirty Two and will not be held by Studio Thirty Two for longer than 1 week after the delivery. Hence, the client shall make any claims regarding the images within up to 7 days after the images are delivered. (RAW-unedited Images are not stored, only JPG’s that are final product of post-production and which are sent to a client). The gallery of RAW, unedited files is permanently erased, the amount of images is not negotiable, client is obliged to pay any additional cost for any extra image chosen. Studio Thirty Two does not provide the access or does not sell RAW files.

Copyrights
Studio Thirty Two owns all rights and copyrights of the images supplied to the Client and the Client will agree to this. The Client will not use these photographs to indicate their own copyright or to sell them to a third party or for commercial purposes.

Pricing
All prices are subject to change at the discretion of Studio Thirty Two.

Conduct and Health & Safety
Should any conflict or injury occur during the photoshoot to the Client or members of the session present, Studio Thirty Two will not be liable for any injuries, illness, damage or loss of the client’s property. No backstage viewers will be allowed to participate in the photoshoot.

Client’s Declaration

As the Client, I authorize Studio Thirty Two to use and create images for promotional and marketing use. I further authorize the distribution of the photographs to potential clients of Studio Thirty Two for portfolio purposes. I agree and understand that the photos will be taken digitally.

I acknowledge that I will not be compensated, either now or at any time in the future, for any use of these marketing materials and agree that all rights to these photographs are owned by Studio Thirty Two. I hereby agree that Studio Thirty Two has the right to publish, edit, republish any of the images taken during the photoshoot and the images will remain the exclusive property of the photographer.
